Sarah Hayat 2021 Development Fellow (Pakistan) is featured in the TedX series on Localised Solutions from the Effects of Climate Change with a talk "How Climate Change is Inequitable Towards Women." Hayat is an environmental lawyer and consultant specializing in climate change law and policy. She works with the government and international organizations and has a background in climate change induced displacement and the nexus between climate change and human rights. She is currently advising the government on preparing Pakistan's revised Nationally Determined Contributions to share with the UNFCCC.
